1010b Ministries was born out of God’s work of restoration—taking lived experience, leadership, and theological training and turning it outward for the good of others.

Founder Leslie Silva is a theologian and ministry leader with training in spiritual formation and discipleship (Dallas Theological Seminary, M.A.C.E.). With years of leadership experience and hands-on ministry among vulnerable women and children, she is committed to teaching God’s Word plainly, walking with women in crisis, and helping families connect to healthy church community.
